Total Time To Your Door = Processing Time + Shipping Time Most items on our site have a Processing Time of 2-4 business days. Exceptions will be noted on the product page. Shipping Charges will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart after your shipping information has been entered. Currently, we are unable to ship internationally. The delivery time of your shipment depends on the product availability time of the items you order and the shipping method you select. UPS and FedEx do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays in their delivery estimates. Sorry, we can not ship to PO Box addresses. RUSH SHIPPING: Rush Shipping Time takes anywhere from 1 to 2 business days in addition to the stated Processing Time. Rush shipping costs:

DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise by Email at dbsmithgroup@yahoo.com. We will email a return authorization number to you. We will credit your credit card for the return shipping cost, or if you paid by check we will send a check to you for the shipping cost. We will then either ship you a replacement product, or credit your account for the full price, whichever you prefer.
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER
Please notify us by Email within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We will email a return authorization number to you. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will credit your credit card, or if you paid by check we will issue a check to you for the price of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
SALES TAX
Alabama residents are charged 10% sales tax and Arkansas residents are charged 9.5% sales tax.
